Curriculum Action Forms

Curriculum Action Forms are used to es选项卡lish a new course, revise an existing course, 或者停用一个课程. The following fields can be changed with an approved Curriculum 行动形式:

• 学分
• 可重复性
• 课程的限制
• Pre-requisites and Co-requisites
• 课程级别
• 课程属性
• 级模式
• Schedule Type/Instructional Method
• 相同的课程

Academic Program Request Forms

Academic Program Request Forms are used to add a new program or make changes to an existing program including majors, minors, and/or concentrations.
